2/9/2004 11:48:30 PM|||PaPa|||so i was watching a documentary on PBS about hot dogs and they were going all over the country to show different hot dog joints.... i don't think they were looking at the nationwide chains just the mom and pop ones.... so i came to thinking why not make a documentary about the TACO or the TAQUERIA... i don't think anyone had made one on that.... i had at first thought about doing a nationwide journey going to like LA.... chicago... new york... and places where you would not commonly see TAQUERIAS like the deep south or alaska.... if there are any up there.... i'm sure there have to be, because after having a small population of latinos in a certain community there has to be some demand for tacos.... but then reality hit me.... i have no money to go filming TAQUERIAS all over the nation but here in san antonio there are LOTS of TAQUERIAS.... i mean in the south side there is one like every few feet... so it is possible i just need to figure out how to do it..... hmmm maby a taco will help get my creative juices going...|||107639211047498995|||
